Return Policy

Standard 30-day Return Policy (USA and Canada Orders only)

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by filling out Enoch Systems’s online RMA Request form.

Most products sold by Enoch Systems can returned for refund within 30-days of the invoice date. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Enoch Systems, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

If a product is defective it can be returned for replacement of the same or equivalent product or returned for repair. Defective products can also be returned for refund. Enoch Systems has sole discretion over deciding if a product will be replaced with the same or equivalent product or if it will be repaired instead.

Enoch Systems does not accept exchanges.

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Policies regarding items that are not covered by the standard 30-day return period are specified on the products’ individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below.

All customer returns will be refused and sent back at the customers expense if:

  • You are attempting to return product that was not purchased from Enoch Systems.
  • The product is abused and is physically damaged.  (See section entitle ‘Damaged Caused by the Carrier’ for carrier damage claims.)
  • The product is missing its original packing and accessories including but not limited to the manuals, cables, and the original retail packaging.
  • The original retail packing is defaced.
  • The serial number on the product is unreadable, invalid, damaged, or altered.
  • The RMA number of the return is expired.
  • The return violates the Enoch Systems return policy.
  • The RMA number is expired and no longer valid. (RMA numbers expire after 10 days)
  • The package appears to be damaged by the carrier.

Damaged Caused by the Carrier

Enoch Systems does not ship product with noticeable physical damage. All packages are fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us immediately by phone 1-877-722-1116. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no refund or replacement will be given. Damaged packages must be held at the original location of delivery with original packaging for the carrier to inspect.

Restocking Fee

There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. Enoch Systems is not responsible for non-Enoch Systems manufacturer defects. Enoch Systems will always attempt to repair/replace a defective item.

Refunds/Store Credits

All refunds will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.  Enoch Systems does offer store credit which is not subject to a restocking fee.  Once a store credit is issued it cannot be converted into a refund.

All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. 

Repair/Replacement

In the event that an item is defective, Enoch Systems will attempt to repair it. If the item is un-repairable Enoch Systems will be replaced with the same item, however in the event that the item is no longer available Enoch Systems will replace it with an alternative item comparable in specs to the original item. Enoch Systems has sole discretion over deciding if a product will be replaced with the same or equivalent product or if it will be repaired instead.  

Advance Replacements

Enoch Systems does not offer advance replacements.  If a replacement product is required immediately, then the customer will need to place a new order for the item.  However the old order will still be subject to Enoch Systems’s return policy.  If a refund is requested for the old order, then a restocking fee will be applied.

Exchange

Enoch Systems does not accept exchanges.  Orders can only be refunded or replaced.  However if you require an exchange, we suggest placing a new order for the new item.  Then request an RMA to return the old item.   Please note that the old order will still be subject to Enoch Systems’s return policy.  If a refund is requested for the old order, then a restocking fee will be applied.

Return Shipping

All returns must be shipped prepaid freight.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Enoch Systems for all product returns. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or Airborne Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges from Enoch Systems for all non-defect returns and/or non-Enoch Systems errors.

Returning Items 

All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in original packaging. Do not ship returns packaged only in the original retail packaging. Products must be packaged inside another shipping box. Failure to do so may result in additional restocking fees or the return being rejected.

All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be processed, or additional fees may be charged in the event any item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not present in the returned package. Items sent for return will be immediately disputed and Enoch Systems’s return policy will not be honored in the event that a returned product is received by us improperly packaged, altered, defaced, or physically damaged.

Special Exceptions

Computer Systems

Unless you have a separate agreement with Enoch Systems, all computer systems such as but not limited to rack-mount servers, industrial computers, embedded systems, panel PCs, desktop systems, laptops, tablets, portable rugged systems, or custom systems sold by Enoch Systems are only eligible for factory depot repair.  

Orders for computer systems cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

Volume Purchases

By definition, volume purchases, constitutes any order order with a quantity of 10 or more of any item.  Unless you have a separate agreement with Enoch Systems, volume purchases are not eligible for refund. Volume purchases are only eligible for replacement of the same or equivalent product or for repair.  Enoch Systems has sole discretion over deciding if a product will be replaced with the same or equivalent product or if it will be repaired instead.  

Clearance Items (Open Box, Scratch & Dent, Factory Re-certified)

All Clearance Items which includes Open Box, Scratch & Dent, Factory Recertified products are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise noted on the product.

Clearance items are eligible for refund within 30-days of the invoice date. Clearance items may or may not be eligible for replacement or repair, depending on current availability.  Contact our customer service department for more information.

Open Box and Factory Recertified items are non-refundable.  They are only eligible for replacement or repair, depending on current availability.  Contact our customer service department for more information.

Scratch & Dent items are sold AS-IS, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Processors

Non-defect processors can only be returned within 15 days of the invoice date, and must be post marked within 15 days, no exceptions.  All refunds, including defective and DOA processors, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Enoch Systems will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. Overclocking or improper installation of processor fans will cause processors to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt processors are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

OEM and pulled processors carry a limited 30-day warranty and can be returned to Enoch Systems for replacement of the same or equivalent processor. Enoch Systems has sole discretion over deciding if a processor will be replaced with the same or equivalent processor.

Retail processors carry a manufacturer’s warranty and must be serviced by the original manufacturer. Enoch Systems will not accept returns for retail box processors that are defective.  Defective retail box processors must be sent to the manufacturer for replacement.

Hard Drives | Memory | Monitors | Flat Panel Products

These products can only returned for refund within 15-days of the invoice date.

If a product is defective it can be returned for replacement of the same or equivalent product or returned for repair within 15-days.  Enoch Systems has sole discretion over deciding if a product will be replaced with the same or equivalent product or if it will be repaired instead.  

LCD screen defects can only be returned if it has 8 or more dead pixels.

Custom Multi-Slot Riser Card Configurations

These riser cards are custom made to your specifications and cannot be sold to other customers.   Refunds and replacements due to incorrect configurations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Software and Special Order Items

Software and Special Order Items are non-refundable.  Software and Special Order Items can only be returned for replacement of the same or equivalent product or returned for repair.  Enoch Systems has sole discretion over deciding if a product will be replaced with the same or equivalent product or if it will be repaired instead.  

Manufacturer’s Warranty

After the 30-day return period, will not accept returns for refund or replacement.  If a product is found defective after the 30-day return period, the manufacturer should be contacted for warranty service.  Unless otherwise stated, Enoch Systems does not honor or service manufacturer warranties.

Enoch Systems Branded Computers

Unless you have a separate agreement with Enoch Systems, all Enoch Systems built computer systems come with a standard 1 year parts depot warranty.  Please see our Warranty and Support Policies page for more information.

Separate Agreements Regarding Advance Replacements

Unless you have a separate agreement with Enoch Systems, Enoch Systems does not offer advance replacements under the Standard Return Policy.    

Separate Agreements Regarding Exchange

Unless you have a separate agreement with Enoch Systems, Enoch Systems does not accept exchanges under the Standard Return Policy.  

Orders placed from Outside the United States and International Returns

International customers may return product within the guidelines listed above within the 30-day period, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Enoch Systems. Enoch Systems is not responsible for any duties, brokerage fees, or taxes.  If any duties, brokerage fees, or taxes or imposed on incoming returns, the package will be refused.

RMA Procedure

  1. Obtain an RMA number from Enoch Systems for the product(s) in question by contacting our Customer Service department or a request can be sent in by filling out the RMA Request form. RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped out to you. After 30 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider. RMA numbers are only valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
  2. All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in original packaging. Do not ship returns packaged only in the original retail packaging. Products must be packaged inside another shipping box. Doing so may result in additional restocking fees or the return being rejected.

  4. We recommend that you insure the package you are returning. In the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a credible carrier that can provide you with "proof of delivery.” Enoch Systems shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping and handling charges, to our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. Enoch Systems will ship the replacement item back to you via UPS Ground.
